Unable to get answers from Homeloan Department

I have been trying to get hold of ABSA Homeloans urgently with regards to a settled home loan.

1).I would like to know what the cancellation figure was 2). What the attorneys have paid over 3). And what amount is due to myself and when it will be paid.

I have had no luck so far.

Please assist urgently.
