Unable to find out my own information.

<p>I phoned the absa private line this morning like I have done so many times before to find out the settlement amount on my home loan. After I was unable to remember the exact amount of the home loan I took out 5 years ago I was told by a rude mr. Mosa Dlamini that he cant help me because he is not sure if he is speaking to the correct person. This is after I gave him my id number, date of birth, fisical adress my cellphone number and my partners name. Im sure this is enough information to determine that he is in fact speaking to me. I have never had this problem with anyone else working at absa.</p>
