Unable to close my personal loan account bank is ***********

I recently settled my personal loan with Absa bank in February 2020. I went in the bank to close the account so I can get the settlement letter they told me that the account has R700.00 credited to me. They then later deposited that amount in my bank account. After 1 month I went back to check if the account was closed to my surprise they did not do as I have requested and as a result they couldn't give me my settlement letter again. later that week they credited R1400 again in my account because the account debited from my bank. Imagine. How many time should I come in the branch to close my account? There is something going on with your system ABSA and you need to fix it before I go to my lawyers.
