Unable to claim ABSA Rewards
It has been more than a month now that I haven't been able to redeem my ABSA Rewards from the app. I tried phoning the rewards number today and the system just hung up on me after I followed all the prompts. Please fix this a.s.a.p.! An issue as critical like this should not last more than a couple of hours!
