Unable to change personal details on ABSA banking even though feature is offered

<p>So on ABSA's internet banking they offer a feature to edit your details online. I tried doing it as I thought it would be convenient but it would not work. Now I keep getting error messages on my banking. I called in to ask for help, only to be told the feature does not work.</p> <p>Why would you offer a feature that does not work??? Now I need to take time out of my day to go to the bank and get this fixed. I find this to be false advertising and very unprofessional. My entire online banking will not work now because of this. Maybe think of fixing the feature or removing it completely. I have been with ABSA for 23 years but I think I might be changing banks very soon.</p>
