Unable to change digital limit online

Banking with ABSA is such a drag. In a world where everything is done online, for some reason, ABSA wants you to go into a branch just to change a digital limit. I set my digital limit to 0 thinking that I can change it back anytime. Now I can't do anything with my account. I can't even buy airtime. Something as simple as AIRTIME I can't buy because I have to visit a branch to change my digital limit. I don't have the time to head to a bank. These are things that's any person is supposed to be able to do online. All other banks allow it. Your system is just very old and outdated.
