Unable to cancel life insurance on personal loan

I have been struggling to cancel a life insurance product on a personal loan for approximately 4 months now.<br> <br> The platinum banker Gerrit Nolte was of no help. He simply instructed me to go to the general counter. Here Shanice Beginsel was at least trying to resolve my issue. But unfortunately has been, to date, unsuccessful.<br> <br> I don't know how it can be this difficult to cancel a product!?<br> <br> Nobody can tell me what to do.
