Unable to Cancel Flights Booked on ABSA Banking App

Used the ABSA Rewards Travel Booking to make a flight reservation for a holiday my wife and I are taking later this year. A few hours after booking the flight on the ABSA Banking app, I realised that I needed to cancel the flight. I contacted the airline that I have the booking with and I was told that as per their own 24 hour 'Change Your Mind' policy, I was allowed to cancel and receive a refund less any administrative charges. However since the booking was made with a third party (in this case ABSA), the airline could not assist. I have been calling an emailing various departments at ABSA in an attempt to cancel and get a refund. Instead I have been speaking to consultants at ABSA Rewards & Lifestyle, ABSA Rewards, etc. that either have no idea of my booking or are not in a position to help me. I received an automated email from *** that states, Please note your ticket is non-refundable as per airlines fare rules...It seems that it is impossible to get any assistance from ABSA regarding this. I definitely will not be making any further bookings on the ABSA Banking app.
