Unable to add Discovery health as a beneficiary

For the past YEAR already it is impossible to add Discovery health Medical Scheme as a beneficiary to my last of ABSA beneficiaries. <br> <br> When I enter the details manually, I get prompted to say that Discovery health Medical Scheme is a listed ABSA beneficiary and I have to select it from the list. When I choose Discovery health Medical Scheme from the ABSA listed beneficiaries, and go through the entire setup, it gives me the following error right at the end: Error 013 - Enter a Valid beneficiary account number!!!<br> <br> As it's a listed ABSA beneficiary I cannot alter the account number as it has been pre-populated and therefore it becomes impossible to actually add Discovery Health as a beneficiary as the process cannot continue.<br> <br> I have emailed their technical department on various occasion stating in detail what the problem is as well as providing screen shots. The technical department then emailed me 2 weeks later to explain to me, firstly, how to log into Internet banking and then secondly, how to add a beneficiary! I thought to myself, where do they think I got the screenshots from if I were unable to do all these things! Absolutely no service and a YEAR later it's still broken
