Unable to Add Beneficiary

I tried multiple times to add MultiChoice as a beneficiary to my account, as I need to make a payment to them.<br> Every time I try and add the beneficiary, it gives me error \013 - Add valid beneficiary account details."The two ladies I spoke to in the call center confirmed the reference number must be 8 digits"
