UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MONEY

I have a cheque account with ABSA since last year July in December 2016 my card was replaced at the Eastgate branch however after that I could not use it had to rely on cashsend transfers to access my money. In October 2017 an atm swallowed my card in Dawn Park I went back to my branch in Eastgate and received a new card on the 28/10/2017 I was trying to withdraw some cash to pay someone I could not access my money AGAIN ...it gave an error that I had reached my limit whereas I had not used the card, I then had to rely on cash sends to obtain money to pay for the services renderred to me. I took it upon myself to go to the branch in Sunward Park on ********** 7 where I was told there was nothing wrong with my card ...Last night I used the card purchasing a few items and swipped it in 2 different shops an hour later I was trying to do a cash send AGAIN I could not access my account went to an ATM where I encountered the same problem I could not withdraw as it stated that I had rechead my limit. THIS IS REALLY AN INCONVINIENCE AS I WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CASH SENDS THAT I KEEP DOING ON MY ACCOUNT.

It seems there is a problem with the cards from the Eastgate Branch as all the cards that I have received from them have a problem what upsets me the most is the fact that this is not the first time I am experiencing something like this its for the THIRD TIME.....

Please assist with this card issue, the fees charged on my account and I NEED A REPLACEMENT CARD SEEING THAT THIS ONE IS FAULTY AS WELL !!!!!!!!!

Dear Lindiwe

I have looked into your account and have noticed that it has been working when transacting with.

I would recommend that you visit your nearest branch so that they can check your card to establish why it is not working.
