Un-updated credit bureaus information

Many years ago, I have settled personal loan that was taken with absa, to date, my credit reports shows that I still owe absa R41,000 plus, and I am in arrears for over 4 months, this is not true reflection of the actual facts, I have settled this account and credit bureaus must be updated accordingly. My credit card is not updated at all as well
