UN AUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER - 5 TIMES IN A WEEK.
Dear ABSA
In this failing economy that we are living in, peoples financial situation is deteriorating daily, and as a loyal ABSA client for over 20 years i have not got any guidance and assistance from you, who is suppose to be my financial guarding considering the length on time i have been with you.
In the last six months things have taken a drastic change in my financial situation. Before this i had a 100% record with all my accounts. Due to a loss of some regular income, I came to you several times for assistance, still with a good credit record, but over committed. all i wanted was a consolidation Loan, that would of brought more money available to me, so i could continue with no financial impact. But NO, you denied me for everything I came to you for help with.
Previously you gave me 200k credit card, over 200k personal loan, with high interest rates despite me being such a long standing customer. Overdraft facility, premium accounts. But now when I need your help you could not help and now I am in a mess.
But that is not my frustration right now. What is frustrating me is that you are now rubbing salt in my wounds. You are continually allowing un-authorised debit orders to be run on my account. I do not have enough to pay everyone, and if a debit is rejected once, then the debit should be cancelled until i pay them the arrears and until I advise if the debit can continue. But no, you allow the same institution to debit me 5 times in a week. with 5 rejected debit charges added. others run debit when ever they feel like and You allow institution to double debit me. then the next debit does not have funds. This become a rolling ball effect on my financial situation.
Now beside the already over committed accounts, I now have to pay thousands of Rands of ABSA bank charges. my account is then a good few thousands in the minus, and when I get paid the money is not enough for the debits again, because your charges are taken first.
I am pleading with you as a long standing loyal customer to kindly assist me only allowing for the debit order that i authorised on email to you to go through and nothing else, until I clear my arrears and re-instate the debit myself.
and as a last straw with you is there any possibility that you can assist me in consolidating and closing some accounts, then I will be in a position to pay all my debt and still have a comfortable living expense.
So they being a "service provider" with my money, will allow anyone to access my funds when they feel like, collect all these bank charges and then ***** me even deeper.
ABSA up your game.
Awaiting for Nthabiseng to advise further on my reply.

again my account is gone into the negative balance of about R4000, with the majority due to ABSA bank charges.
You are deliberately trying to undermine me and ensure i continue to pay high bank charges.
The personal loan did not go through because you are allowing for people to run debits on my account for the whole month on a daily basis and then charges me all those bank charges.
I feel you are completely *********** in your position, and do not wish to communicate with you.
Kindly get someone else to assist me if ABSA is going to assist me.
i will take this matter up further, through other channels.
