ULUNDI ABSA BANK SERVICE

I went to Absa bank, Ulundi branch to open an account. I met a manager there. I received a very good service from that lady. Big up to her.

Recently I went back to the bank seeking clarity about something because I'm relatively new to Absa bank and how they do their business.

I met a teller, I'm not sure whether she had a bad day or what was happening to her. But I received a not so good service from the lady. For two days I couldn't stop thinking about her. I felt so undervalued and belittled.
