*****ulent transactions on account

My mother has been banking with ABSA for years, she had a MTN number that was linked to the account and after the network re allocated it to someone else she started noticing irregularities in her account which I will list below: 01/11/25 - R500 - cssh send 01/11/25 - R350 - vouchers 03/11/25 - R500 - cash send 03/11/25 - R230 - voucher Total R1 580 She reported to the branch in Richard's Bay but till today no feed back has been received from these *****ulent transactions nor has she been reimbursed the funds. As a client she doesn't feel protected by the bank she entrusted her money to and also feels taken advantage of since she is elderly!
