*****ulent transactions

Yesterday i made a online payment to the Courier Guy for a my online purchase that i made in August. My Absa bank account number *** was hacked yesterday. I made a purchase with my card at Boxer Kimberley at 13h08, then at 16h59 two purchases were made with a card at a Supermarket at Randburg while i was in Kimberley while my card was with me. I further received messages of insufficient funds that made me to check my account transactions. I immediately called the ***** department to log case (***2). i then enquired if my unauthorised transactions will be reversed back to my account and the answer was it is not possible. This is the third time i reported unauthorised transaction in both my cheque and credit card account and im not happy with the result. Their solution is to block the card and issue a new one. Im very afraid from now to trust Absa with my money because of their poor security that fails to protect our money and information. My salary is paid into Absa bank and by the way their system is not protective- it means my salary can easily and *****ulently accessed and taken and i will have not be reimbursed. Can Absa improve their online security measures and return my hard earned money from the hands of *****sters. What is the point of banking with Absa if one cannot transact online due to weak security measures in this day of advanced technology. Please reverse my money back to my account. There is no way i can make purchase with a card in Kimberley and someone else is buying with the same card in Randburg. All three reported *****ulent activities in my cheque and credit card must be refunded.

Today i accessed my statement and guess what, Absa has deleted the *****ulent transactions from my statement but did not reverse my money. They think they are clever by deleting the evidence and then ask me to go open the case at SAPS knowing that the transactions will not appear on the statement. ABSA who do you think you are fooling here, your investigators cannot do their job instead you temper and delete the transactions. It is clear South Africans money is not in safe hands if we can be compromised like this. Trust is gone and your incompetence is below zero. Of all the three cases that i reported of *****ulent transactions , all of a sudden they are all erased from the statements to protect your poor security and incompetency. If you can erase transactions why cant you return my money as well, now you think you can fool me by telling me to open a police case knowing that you have erased the evidence but not refunding my money. Absa does not want to take accountability that their security system is poor and we customers pay the heavy price. WHY DID YOU ERASE THE TRANSACTIONS ABSA, YOU FORGOT TO ERASE THE ONES OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS WHEN THE ********S TRIED TO MAKE OTHER PURCHASES, or is this a collaboration of ABSA and *****sters to ***** our hard earned money???

As i write this my heart is sore, im highly disappointed in ABSA for by participating in ***** by deleting transactions from my statement. The available money does not balance due to those *****ulent transactions which explains that money went out/or is missing that cannot be accounted for. My 12 wasted years banking with *******. This whole incident opened my eyes and i wish South Africans will open their eyes to see that ABSA is not a bank to rely on and trust it with your hard earned money. *********** Bank together with its staff that encourages *****. This means ********s can do as they please with our money because they know that Absa cannot do anything, i hate this bank with all my heart. An Financial institution deleting *****ulent transactions and blocking my banking app, how low can you stoop ABSA. They think they are resolving the problem by blocking the card and tell you to get a new card, the very same card cost me money to do it, is not for free. Worst Bank in the whole world
