Absa has negatively impacted my credit profile for the past year by providing false information to the credit bureau regarding my alleged lapsed vehicle insurance account. This is despite the fact that I have been paying my car and house content insurance in full every month. I urgently need this account to be removed from my credit profiles and fixed as soon as possible.
