*****ulent Deduction of Money from My account during a Withdrawal and Not Dispensing the Funds

I sent a cashsend to one of my employees who went to go try to withdraw the money. The first atm showed an error that said "cannot dispense required amount" the second atm said cashsend already redeemed. No money was dispensed but my account was debited. the call to the branch brought no joy and i was rudely told to wait for 10 working days and log a case for working capital that was required immediately

Please rectify this and reimburse my account, i really need this amount for my operational expenses. Case #***2 and Case C-***1 have been logged to no avail. please return my hard earned money. this is ***** deducting my money and not dispensing it
