I had money pulled out of my account by an unknown 3rd party. Absa could not even verify before the transaction occurred if I approve the lumpsum going out. I am so disappointed, in the bank I've known to be trustworthy to allow for a transaction to be authorised without my approval, no sms notification of the transaction nothing.

Is my money even safe if anyone can have access to my funds.
