UIF MONEY

I went to ABSA the other day hoping to find help with my past away husband u-19 form they consultant at the bank called ABSA head office and they told me i should send authority letter so that i can find the u-19 form of ME seopa then i called the attorneys that have the letter of executor ship to send the letter to ABSA so that i can find the form to submit at UIF the attorneys did what i asked for but since the 22 July i have been waiting for the U-19 form from ABSA bank till today and the service provider of UIF told me that The money of the deceased expires after 1year 6 months and i don't know if the statement is true . is been a year now my husband passed away and need help with this UIF claim please if there is anyone who can help please HELP!!!!!!. I do this for my kids.
