UI 19 Form has not been fixed since October 2014

I was retrenched by Absa last year in October 2014, i then in November initiated my UIF claim, they said UIF came to me saying that my start date with Absa does not correspond with my end date at the previous company i was working for as it says i ended at the 5th of may on the previous company and start on the 1st of may at Absa, i ask Absa to fix this as i started at absa on the 6th of May, emails have been send back and forth, including my boss, up to so far now that we are in July 2015, no feedback, i am still waiting for their feedback.
