U dont meet the criteria?

After being closed due toe covid, absa had all my accounts, credit cards they said automatcally u have to take out life insurance, so covid hit i was closed down, cant find work, asked them to invoke my life insurance to be told i do not qualify? How do you sell a product knowing they are a small business and having their accounts? You can see money go in prior to covid and nothing during and after, but they sell a product under false pretenses. And they deduct the insurance money so its paid every month? Where is that money now when u need it?
