<p> </p> <p>My name is Gugu Nyandeni </p> <p>My brother past on in April this year, I went and reported his death and they've put a hold on his accounts & since then they've been deducting money from his account & I recently asked them why is an inactive account being deducted no one gave me a solid reason because I was under the impression that such an account under such circumstances it won't be active for any transactions.</p> <p> </p> <p>To top it off as an executor of my brother's assets I went to Absa to close the account with all the necessary required documentation, they gave me a bull**** story that it must be handed over to some department I persevered and the final straw came when I was told Week after week that they are still waiting for fica to clear the documents it's been 3months, fica is still clearing the documents. I've reached my limit with this bank I'm totally gatvol now.</p> <p> </p> <p>what do I do next to have this matter resolved? </p>
