****ty ABSA
Absa house insurance has not even tried to phone me back as yet for a quote and incident reported over three weeks ago. I had to phone every week following up with their contractor with still no outcome. As this incident was storm related the damage is now worse than what it was and still Absa cant do anything because of there ****ty non existent service. Word of advise if they offer you a house bond with house insurance decline as they are useless!!!

21 Dec 2021, 19:23The sad thing is you had been given false information as the damage was storm damage and after i tried canceling my insurance you refused to do so i will make sure to report you and this issue to the ombudsman
