Where and how does one find a real banker to deal with?

My recent interaction, after doing an on-line application, was ludicrous; receiving no response and following up days on end!

I tried explaining my income streams to the gentlemen at the call center, but to no avail. Where and how does one find a real banker to deal with?

Absolutely poor and shocking service from ABSA: no communication, except from me and no calls or correspondence from any bank official, no service at all!
