Two weeks and still no response to application of limit increase

I app**** for an limit increase on my credit card. I was informed that it is approved subject to income verification. Two days later on the Wednesday I got an email requesting bankstatements which I sent. On Monday I started to enquire and was asked to send it again to *** and that I will be advised of the outcome within 24 hours. It is now Friday - 5 working days later and still no feedback. I have sent numerous follow-up emails and only get an automated response
