Two people demanding money for the same Absa Personal loan account

Hi I have personal.loan and I do have an amount owing.I have made a payment arrangement with the Absa attorney Shapiro and Shaik collecting on your behalf and now I am getting a letter of demand from ABSA internal recoveries for the same amount.I am confused,has the file.not been sent to the manadate collection agency?Who am I suppose to be making arrangement with? This whole thing is starting to look very ***** 🤔

Do departments not communicate?I even sent an email to the lawyers with my arrangement and copied in Johan Brower an ABSA complaints officer.
