Two months waiting time for interest rate cut!
The interest rate cut was on the 31st of January 2025 yet it will only decrease on my account at the end of March 2025. No one can assist me and give me answers as to why I need to wait two months. Absolutely shocking service from your call centre and no one replies on the emails, tomorrow is a week and still no feedback. Very disappointed in ABSA for blatantly ripping me off.
