Two claims submitted for pipes leaking in a wall. Both declined.
No rating. You pay insurance only for ABSA to pay an Assessor to decline your claim. So in actual fact you pay for an assessor who is always clever and tell you what you should have done to prevent the claim. He does not care because he gets payed any way.
