Turned away at Branch/No callnack as promised

I app**** for a overdraft for facility on my cheque account and somehow what was added, was an additional cheque account. I contacted Absa yesterday morning at around 9:15 and spokee to Rodney Matshehle who said the syestem does not generate security questions to ask me so he will have to ask a supervisor to call me back, 24 hours later still no call. I also visited a branch on campus where I work but was informed I must go to a branch at a mall so I am not sure what this branch's purpose is. I need this additional account removed from my name as it is not what I app**** for.
