Turnaround Time

I app**** online for a personal loan and was told that a agent will be in contact with me shortly. Called the Personal loans department and was told that Phindile has my application, I then received a message stating that I should contact ABSA to finalise the payment. I the contacted ABSA on Monday the was told that "don't call us, we'll call you..."

Can I get a response if the loan application is successful or not...
