TTMS PLATINUM ******* DEBIT ORDER

Who is this TTM Platinum and how did they gain access to my account??? I received an unauthorised debit order of R149.99 earlier this morning, called your bank to immediately reverse it and I’ll need to go to a branch to stop the debit order, I was given a number to call turns out it’s South African Exchange something , I called them and they gave me a 031 number and I’ve calling it and it’s not going through. I’ve been checking on Hello Peter & it looks like these people only target ABSA clients. Isn’t there anything that you can do?
