Trying to take debit order even when I did not agree to it, and also got R105 deducted from my account due to no available funds

I did not agree to an early vehicle finance debit order as I do not get paid earlier in December, since it did not go through I have R105 being deducted as well because the funds for the debit order was not there. I expect an inconvenience payment made to me and the debit order to remain as per contract payment date. I have responded to the sms to NOT allow the debit order to be taken on the 14th and can prove it so I expect this to be rectified asap, my R105 paid back and also an inconvenience payment made to me as this is NOT MY FAULT.
