Trying to get hold of absa cos they listed me for cheque account overdraw by R451

I spoke to 4 different people with spending hours on the the Fone with no joy Absa listed me on my Itc for R451 on my cheque account which was paid up and still show but no 1 can help me to take it off spending hours on the phone with no joy
