Trustees with no authority letter from the master of high court

The bad experience I had with absa and the trust office Justice Mafikeng who is not responding to my messages and also making promises that he doesnt intend to keep. On top of that he invite what he says are trustees of which they dont appear on my letter of authority, they are not appointed by the masters for this particular trust and even if they are appointed I was never a part of the people who decided to nominate they to be appointed as trustees, I'm a trustee on paper but all the decisions are taken by absa and they appointed trustees with now letter of authority, I feel undermine and stupid, they are so dominant and prejudice, they want to choose for us, we totally don't have a say in all this. the bad and worst trust band you can ever imagine. they don't exercise their fiduciary duties instead they are just being prejudice.
