Trust lost after a lifetime of being a client

I have been a customer with ABSA for my whole life and I am super disappointed with them at the moment. There has been credit card ***** on my account and it is now 3 weeks later and I have had no communication from the investigator as to what is happening. I have called multiple times, even emailed the investigator and still it does not seem like anyone can give me any details as to what is happening with the case or even bother to get back to me at all. Communication is key, especially if thousands of rands have been ****** from me. Maybe it is time to look for a bank that actually cares, if that exists..
