Triple charge on bank fees

Customer care number has no options for account queries!?

I was charged 3 x for bank fees/ admin charges, the exact amount of R 105.92 on 3 Nov (twice) and 6 Nov. (once)

No easy way to get assistance of you cannot go in to a branch.
