Tried to withdraw money and the atm didnt disperse

On Wednesday January 20th, I went to the ABSA bank atm to withdraw cash. The atm didn't give me my cash my deducted from my bank account. ABSA told me to contact my bank, because the atm will auto reverse. My bank called me and told me they have talked to ABSA because the reversal never happened and ABSA still has my money. I need that money to pay my son's fees, ABSA seem not to care
