Treatment was very horrible at Soshanguve plaza

On 11th of feb 2024 around 12 mid-day I went to absa soshanguve next to Nandos. I went to present and request for help as on Sunday around 15:00 pm I made a withdrawal on an ATM @ Mabopane square and unfortunately R100 of 2x R50's were torn due to pulling of some as ATM was closing.

On 12th February 2023 as narrated above, I went to absa to be assisted to be reimbursed or told what to do if I am to be assisted. A teller was so negative to an extent I request for a branch manager who told me that,they can assist me unless I wait for 45 minutes as the teller is on lunch and there was no other teller to assist.

I want to highlight this to public to be alert of what I went through.was an embarssment. I request for absa to train it's staff about customer service.
