Travel Nightmare

For years we have been using Priority Pass Lounges and enjoyed it. Arriving at Hong Kong airport for a long stay-over we discovered that we did not have access anymore. Trying to contact Absa or DragonPass with only limited WiFi was very frustrating. I still received mail from Priority pass till the week before, NO COMMUNICATION from DragonPass prior to us leaving and very poor communication from ABSA regarding this matter. My frustration is that we experienced terrible discomfort due to this bad handeling of the transition from Priority Pass to DragonPass.<br> The worst being having to use the public toilets on Kathmandu Airport, which was an absolute disgrace. I honestly consider taking my banking business elsewhere!!!!!
