Travel insurance policy issues

Been trying for the past week to get my Basic automatic travel insurance policy sent to me. They keep saying the system is down an cannot do it. We are now flying tonight abroad and still dont have any documents. I even sent e-mails to management at absa and virgin but no response. I just want the proof of my cover, that. s all. Feeling so frustrated.
