Travel insurance

I’m stuck in Bali Indonesia phoned emergency no got hold of them confirmed all my detail and policy said they will get back to me. This is now more than 10hrs later no feedback after I tried to contact them via the Whatsapp no Europ Assistant no reply. I need to book flights pay for accommodation and transportation but the don’t give a **** thing for the costumer. I should have taken out insurance somewhere else and would be sorted out by now. I will definitely change from bank.
