Transparency Matters.ABSA Should Know.
A *****ulent use of my details was used to take out a vehicle insurance with ABSA Insurance.The matter was reported to both ABSA Insurance and ABSA ***** dept.Although the insurance was subsequently cancelled and a refund processed,one would expect ABSA to be more transparent than they are to me.I provided ABSA ***** division with the details of the vehicle as provided to me by their Insurance section.It cannot be correct that with such details ABSA ***** doesnt seem to be forthcoming on who owns the vehicle at the center of this *****.I think I deserve to know.Nthabiseng Sibande at ABSA need to help me out with some display of transparency on my query.

I gave you details of the vehicle that was *****ulently insured using my banking details.I believe you have done your investigation.I find it difficult to understand why am I not being provided with full report or feedback on your investigation specific to this vehicle.You have the details of the vehicles.Do you perhaps have difficulties with the vehicle details provided to you.Or am I not supposed to know the details about the person who did this.If so,please say so.
If the matter was closed,please reopen and assist with the requested information.
