******* transferring of money from one account to another

Good day. ABSA have today transferred money from my cheque account to my credit card account without my permission. According to the law as set out by the higher court of South Africa, this is now allowed without the permission of the account holder and I request that this payment be refunded into my cheque account as per immediate effect or I will take this matter further.
