Transferred personal loan and still not done

I, Gordon Pretorius, had a complaint on hello peter about a personal loan that I moved to capitec bank in the start of 2014 and they setteled the account, Now after 2 years it is still showing that I owe less than R200 on this loan and I AM REFUSED FINANCE FOR A VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THIS. Absa contacted me on 29 January 2014 and we sorted it out. Now it is a problem again?!!!!
