Transfered money from Absa to FBN, ABSA BANK COMPLAINT

Hellow Peter Good evening.

My name is Nkosi Christopher S *** *** Tranfer Date 1/12/2020 money (230 000) from my Absa Bank to FNB. Only to find out later that I was buying something that is **********. I went to Absa Branch around 10am morning 1/12/2020 in hayfileds in pietermaritzburg to cancel my pending payment to that person I was transferring money. I am very sad and disappointed about the service I received at Absa Hayfileds branch, as this money couldve done something better than what has happened. Can Absa seniors look at this matter and be resolved emmidiately. Because I couldn't understand how come could that be my money cannot be reversed or being canceled on the same date was money transferred. I will be so happy if this matter can be resolved before I loose my money.
