Transaction Charge CBP Capitalisation

Iv'e looked at my online statement and noticed the following deductions, the one for R114.00 is the one I am worried about, TRANSACTION CHARGE CBP CAPITALISATION.<br> <br> Charges as follow: <br> TRANSACTION CHARGE CBP CAPITALISATION: R114.00 (what is this ridiculous fee)<br> MONTHLY ACC FEE CBP CAPITALISATION: R98.00 (that looks like my account fee which i am aware of)<br> Internet Banking Fee: R7.20 (why am i being charged this)<br> <br> Why am I being charged all these fee's when I was sold a Gold Cheques account package and told the R98.00 fee covers everything?<br> <br> Not very impressed right now, want an explanation and these unauthorised fees refunded back into my account asap.<br>
