Transaction and Admin Charges on Gold Value Plus

Hi<br> <br> The below query has been sent time and again to ABSA for about 2 months now, and I still get no answers:<br> <br> In the wake of the internet banking charges I was not aware of , I decided to go through my statements from December 2014 (I opened my account in November 2014 but only started to really use it from December 2014 when I switched my salary account from Standard Bank to ABSA). I came to notice that there are also other charges/fees that I haven't been aware of and I emailed ABSA Costing about 2 months ago and never got any response on the query until to date. These fees are termed \ADMIN CHARGE CBP CAPITALISATION"and \""TRANSACTION CHARGE CBP CAPITALISATION\"" in my statement and are charged on the 1st working day of every month. It is important for me to get a breakdown of these charges as these descriptions dont give my much to work with"
