Train your consultants service etiquette!

ABSA VF consultants are the worst, I had a consultant say Arg with an attitude on the call just last year when she asked if she’s speaking to T Dlamini and I asked which T Dlamini. My cousin and I share same initials and phoners always confuse us a lot of times. I get her calls at times and only when they say full names I get to say no that’s not me or yes it is me. All the consultant had to say was my full name but she chose to say “Arg” with a sigh, Secondly I have been waiting for the Vf insurance to be sent till date! Today I am woken up by a consultant that thought it’s a good idea to call at 7AM and keep quiet when I answer! Guys train your stuff please😭
