Toxic work environment.

I can’t believe what I’ve witnessed today at Absa bronkhorstspruit, this is not the first witnessing the branch manager yelling and screaming at her staff members in front of us customers, it was soo tense. What kind of management is this? This is just a sign of toxic management totally unacceptable no wonder those staff members are always tense and unhappy.
